The workshop was inaugurated by Mr. Prem Vijay Basnet, Additional Director, IT. The workshop was attended by over 44+ participants from more than 21+ departments of the Government of Sikkim, with a focus on UX design principles and the adoption and implementation of the UX4G Design System. It featured practical demonstrations of the UX4G system and an introduction to Design Thinking.
Additionally, the UX4G team presented a case study on Sikkim's e-District service website - "Sikkim Go", which is primarily focused on providing IT and e-governance solutions to connect citizens with their local government for G2C services, issue reporting and community leader engagement.
