Department of IT, Government of Puducherry - 17th July 2024

UX4G, NeGD in collaboration with the IT Department, Puducherry conducted a workshop on User Experience and Design System. The workshop covered topics such as UX design principles, the design thinking process in UX/UI enhancement and the implementation of the UX4G Design System.

The Keynote Address was delivered by Shri Shivraj Meena, Director of Information Technology, Govt of Puducherry.

A case study on the main portal of Government of Puducherry was presented as case study and recommending UX enhancements to improve user experience and make it more user-friendly. The workshop was attended by 60+ participants from the different departments of Puducherry Government.
