Awareness and Sensitization Workshop on User Experience & Design System

Dr. Bonod K Singh, Director, NATMO, delivered the inaugural address, setting the stage for discussions on UX/UI best practices. The workshop featured sessions on user experience fundamentals, design thinking, and UX audits of government applications, led by experts from UX4G.

Key topics covered included the impact of UX/UI in government services, real-life problem statements with case studies from the NATMO Portal, and the implementation of a reusable digital library repository using the UX4G Design System. The event also featured practical demonstrations and an interactive Q&A session.
