The workshop was inaugurated by Dr. Vinay Goyal, IAS, Director of KSITM. Shri S. Sanob, KAS, Head of Innovation and Research at KSITM, delivered the welcome address.
The workshop was attended by over 65+ participants from more than 15+ departments of the Government of Kerala, with a focus on UX design principles and the adoption and implementation of the UX4G Design System. It featured practical demonstrations of the UX4G system and an introduction to Design Thinking.
Additionally, the UX4G team presented a case study on Kerala's e-District website, which is primarily focused on providing IT and e-governance solutions to connect citizens with their local government for G2C services, issue reporting and community leader engagement.
