The workshop was inaugurated by Dr. Nipun Jindal, Department of Digital Technologies and Governance. The workshop was attended by over 50+ participants from more than 15+ departments of the Government of Himachal Pradesh, with a focus on UX design principles and the adoption and implementation of the UX4G Design System. It featured practical demonstrations of the UX4G system and an introduction to Design Thinking.
Additionally, the UX4G team presented a case study on Himachal Pradesh's e-District website, which is primarily focused on providing IT and e-governance solutions to connect citizens with their local government for G2C services, issue reporting and community leader engagement.
