About the Workshop

The digital landscape was rapidly evolving. Users expected seamless and intuitive interactions across all platforms and touchpoints. To keep pace, service providers needed to prioritize User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design. In that digital landscape, where competition was fierce and user expectations were constantly evolving, a strong user focus was no longer a competitive advantage but an essential ingredient for a provider’s success. Keeping in view of the importance of UI/UX, a one-day National workshop was conducted "Powering Transformation through UI/UX for Digital Governance" was scheduled.

The workshop brought together stakeholders from Government, Industry, Designers, Developers and other related Practitioners to discuss the practices and challenges in establishing effective UX/UI for public-facing digital services
