The Welcome Address was delivered by Shri K.S.P.V. Pavan Kumar, IFS, Special Secretary (IT), followed by the Keynote Address given by Shri Syedain Abbasi, IAS, Special Chief Secretary (IT).

The workshop covered topics such as UX design principles, the design thinking process in UX/UI enhancement and the implementation of the UX4G Design System. A case study on the Sewa Setu, was presented, suggesting and recommending UX enhancements to improve user experience and make it more user-friendly.

The workshop was attended by 80+ participants from the different departments of Assam Government.
